WETLAND INVESTIGATION

 

Depending on the types of permits your project requires, you may be required to have your property examined for the presence of wetlands.  In many cases, an investigation can be performed using online data and a simple site visit.  In other cases, a more detailed examination of the property may be needed.  I have been performing wetland investigations and delineations for almost 25 years.  If an investigation is warranted, it will be one of the first tasks I do for you.  That way if any issues are raised by the investigation, we can discuss the impacts and modify the scope of the project as needed.
