Hello and welcome to my website, terrysheldonengineer.com.  If you are a homeowner or businessperson in need of civil engineering or landscape architecture services it would be my honor to be of assistance to you.

 

I have been working in land design and engineering for over 30 years, with the last dozen in south central PA.  In that time I have helped many people solve problems associated with land ownership and development.

 

We live in a time in which there are many levels of regulation that affect the use of our land.  Whether or not you agree with these regulations, if you want to use, develop or subdivide your property the regulations will affect how it can be done.

 

It is my mission to assist people with these regulatory issues and help you to obtain any and all required approvals for what you want to do.  In addition, it is my goal to work with you on a design that will function in the way that you desire.  No job is too large or too small to merit my full attention.

 

There are times when various regulations will complicate the process or even prohibit you from doing what you want with your land.  Should this occur, let me assure you that I will inform you early in our relationship so as to not waste your time and resources on a “wild goose chase”.
